I get 25% up front or I don't start.
25% when draft site is presented to owner.
25% when draft site is revised.
25% to be paid when: (1) the site is released to owner or public or (2) 30
days after release of draft site, whichever is sooner.
I also try to write an accurate Scope so I and my client can tell when the
scope has increased or decreased from that in the Proposal. Budget is
revised when scope is changed (if needed).
