One foxbox way to do it would be to use

>/applications/app3?fuseaction=command&cobrand="xxx"
This has the positional advantage to allow you to maintain a single code
base without
replication to multiple directories for each co brand and yet totaly
repaint as needed.
To give the cobrand partner more visibility have them add
a dns entry pointing to your server. Example improvenow.otherxxxcompany.com
will point to your server and
remains persistence in the browser url bar. So to extend example:
http://improvenow.otherxxxcompany.com/applications?fuseaction=command&cobran
d="xxx"
