Errrm, I think for the people who have paid for the print version and the
e-book deserve to be able to print he damn book. Maybe two versions -
printing disabled for the people who only bought the e-book and enabled for
the people who are not.
I think it is the least you could do since the paper book is delayed (not
that I am complaining)
