Bleh... (No slack off the editors and authors of the book
I know how hard it is to write even small amounts of
documentation)
There is nothing wrong with printing online documentation
so you dont go blind by the time your 30 (you can tell im
young ehh?)
Fire up your favorite PDF reader other than acrobat and
stop complaning :-P
PDF *IS* an open standard and there are alternatives to
acrobat. I am not sure how How adobe goes about
securing a PDF and making it still a PDF according to
the standard, however if they do not do anything freaky
just open it up in one of the alternative PDF viewers
(this may or may not work) and dont worry about it.
Things like print and copy-paste are just deterrants
and are not going to stop a determined person from
doing this anyways.. (Screen Capture anyone??)
Most people dont care, and wont go through the trouble
and those who will go through the trouble will do so
at any rate dont complain about it, try to be constructive
and suggest things instead of increasing everyones
stress levels.. :)

Look, you cheapies, if you wanted a printed version of the book, you shoulda
ponied up for one..... why do you think they call it an eBook? For those
who *did* pay for both versions, one would think that having all this
material available in *some* form would be enough to keep you busy until the
printed book arrives in the mail.
With all the hard work these guys (and women) have put in on this thing,
could we not see some simple uniformity in an expression of gratitude?
To all who contributed to this work, I thank you profusely... even if I
can't print it.
