Due to popular demand, we are working on a printable version. I understand
why you guys feel that it's easier to read printed, and I trust that you're
going to treat the copyright with respect, and enjoy the material. Cutting
and pasting will still be disallowed, though.

This is only the first version of the ebook.  We have a couple more coming,
tightening up some stuff we couldn't get to in the first pass and putting in
more neat features to make the book more accessible.  More on that as it
happens.
