Is the human causing the ps file to be placed in the distiller folder a
licensee of the Distiller Software? If everyone using your application has
the full version of Acrobat - then your home free - else - I hear its
violation.

Not to nit pick here... cuz trust me - I certanly wish this was all
allowed - many many pdf oriented headaches would go away.

1) Non web server isnt the point - shared folder/directory on "any" server
is taboo.

2) Same problem on a LAN inside a company .... 1 license of Acrobat ... and
500 users dropping ps files in the watched folders to create a pdf is a No
No - again, unless all those dropping the files in the watched folder have a
Acrobat Distiller license.

Wish the guys from ActivePDF would pipe in hear, Im confident they have
poured over this issue quite a bit and rec'd the word from "on high".

Steve
