try putting a CFABORT after the cflocation tag.

Also, try restarting your computer... I've had a couple instances where CF
just decided to hang on a CFLOCATION tag (on a local dev machine, running
the single-user version)

Subject: cflocation in a custom tag

Has anyone been successful in using cflocation in a custom tag? I am trying
this but it seems to get the browser caught up in some kind of loop. Is
this even possible? If not, anyone know of a better method?
