The problem was with the way I was checking for the existence of the word
"fuseAction" in the url. I was looking in the cgi.cf_template_path when I
should have been looking in the cgi.query_token var.
This was actually part of the verity solution that I have been working on.
I have managed to get it working extremely well on the corporate redesign
that I have been working on.

Are you sure the cflocation isn't pointing back to the same page? If
that happens then it'll keep calling the cflocation until CF hangs or
timesout.
