i use cflocation all over the place.  are you sure there isn't anything in
your logic, either in application.cfm or some other constant include that
might force multiple cflocations?  i believe that cflocation occurs completely
on the server for local paths and only tells the browser what to do when there
is an off-site url.  i may be wrong about that point though...
