Sure, stew would be a shortcut, but only if you're Martian... ;>
(For those that aren't Heinlein fans, it's Martian practice in "Stranger In A
Strange Land" for members of a community to eat a stew made of a deceased elder
and in so doing absorb its essence/wisdom/knowledge.)

In the absence of such a repast (or Hal's consent...), you might take a look at
my Fuseminder tool on www.GrokFusebox.com

Fuseminder is designed to allow you to create a two-tier (fundamental XFB)
Fusebox application from an outline file. It was created through working with
Visual Mind mind mapping software, and allows the following plan:
1. Plan application design (circuits, fuseactions, fuses, and Fusedocs) within
Visual Mind.
2. Export the Visual Mind data to an outline file.
3. Run Fuseminder against the outline file to generate the directories,
fusebox files, and fuse files for the application. You get a simple
application framework generated in a few seconds.

Assuming you've done a good job with your Fusedocs, your next step could
involve my Harness tool:

4. Run Harness to generate test harness files for all fuse files. (Another
bunch of hours banging the keyboard saved.)
5. Write code for each fuse file according to its Fusedoc (if you want, you
can use the Visual Mind map to check off your progress).
6. Use the generated test harnesses to test each fuse file (if you want, you
can use the printout from the Harness run to check off your progress).
7. Full application test.
8. Application rollout.
