Can't you just use another extension, and map that extension to CF, just as
..cfm is mapped by default?  I considered doing that, several years back, as
someone feared the search engines would not like the .cfm or .dbm extension.
They don't, and we didn't, but I think the mapping in IIS, or Apache is all
it would take.
