BTW, I saw your book order come through; thanks.  Where did you
have them shipped to?  I only get abbreviated info on my fulfillment
reports, but the abbreviation looked like the country code for the
UAE.  You over there somewhere?  (General indicators are fine if
specific locations aren't.)
