Why not just rename the fbx_fusebox30_cf50.cfm file to index.cfm? That
does the same thing without the necessity of the <cfinclude>...
Just a thought..

The most first solution is in the index.cfm - remove all the logic in
that file and have it directly <cfinclude> the core file for CF5 -
fbx_fusebox30_CF5.cfm. It should look just like this:
