I was able to generate the 4State barcode in Mail Manager and create the .txt file to use in FusionPro. When I insert the variable and apply the USPS4CB.ttf font, it does generate the bars. However, I took the D A T F code and plugged it into the decoder located at http://ribbs.usps.gov/OneCodeSolution/Barcode_Decoder.Aspx and it seems that the barcode generated in FusionPro is not correct.
I have the same needs as you do as well as the need to make this work for ink jetting jobs. I'll be happy to share anything I can find with you.
