My first question is why do you not mention single file VPS as an option? I have an Igen3 with a Creo RIP and I have had the most success using VPS as opposed to PS, PDF, and VIPP. You will also get faster rip times.
My next question is what file type are the graphics that are being called in? When I get black boxes where graphics should be (usually related to transparencies) with PS or VPS, distilling the graphics being called in almost always works. Hence my question of what file type are the graphics being called in. Regarding the HP Indigo working, I have a NexPress and this problem doesn't occur on it, the problem is usually an IGen RIP related problem. If you have a lot graphics being called in, Acrobat Pro has a batch run feature that will allow you to save many files as .PS with a just a few clicks, that you can then just drop on distiller creating distilled PDFs for you to call in to Fusion Pro.
