Hello Amy, In order to run FusionPro 5.1, you will need to uninstall your current 4.2 version first.
As far as your current issues with collecting, please ensure that there is full access to this directory if located on your network. If your data files for the job is local on your machine, please ensure that the data is in the same root directory and not buried in subdirectories of the parent folder.
