Alex, the graphics files are sitting in local C drive - so no problems with being buried to deep - ruled out that problem on Friday. As far as your current issues with collecting, please ensure that there is full access to this directory if located on your network. If your data files for the job is local on your machine, please ensure that the data is in the same root directory and not buried in subdirectories of the parent folder. I can see my graphics is preview and composing works (most of the time). My collegaeu and I have created about 12 fresh test files - all the same result. I have been working with this software for 2 years and created many templates - but have never ever had this problem. I am working in version 4.21 - bought 5.1 but that's not installing - go figure!
