Has anyone else experienced problems with collecting files - where it errors and in the log it shows no graphic resources were copied - and no .dat file created. I can see my graphics is preview and composing works (most of the time). My collegaeu and I have created about 12 fresh test files - all the same result. I have been working with this software for 2 years and created many templates - but have never ever had this problem. I am working in version 4.21 - bought 5.1 but that's not installing - go figure! Any thoughts, help would be greatly greatly appreciated. Amy Potts Universal Graphics
