Declare a variable in your JavaScript Globals (click the button on the
Rules dialog), like so:
PreviousAcctNo = "";
Then in your OnRecordStart rule, you can do something like this:
var AcctNo = Field("AcctNo");
if (PreviousAcctNo != AcctNo)
{
PreviousAcctNo = AcctNo;
