Several pdfs designated as varaible images have font subs in final ppml hardcopy output. Other ppml files with same files did not have font sub. What would cause a pdf file that printed ok in the past, not print ok the next day when the only thing I did was compose a new ppml file? Thanks,

If nothing changed in you FusionPro setup, then something must have changed on the iGen3's RIP. It could be just about anything: queue settings, global font handling settings, software change...

Maybe, go back and see if anything at all has changed on the iGen3's DFE.
