Very interesting. I've read in the Guardian here, that all Clinton
agreed to was to return to the 1990 emmission levels in 20years (or
sg like that) basically cancelling any positive earlier promises.
Why am I not surprised? Because I think it is impossible for a
chaotic market system to regulate itself against it's own basic
character.
