Ed Weick's analysis makes a lot of sense, but if we really are to cope with
today's globalization of high-tech productivity in the hands of an elite few
we must realize (1) that increasingly the already rich get richer from
investing what they have in ever more technology, not from "a job," and (2)
that the only way to have economic justice in either developing or
"developed" countries is to restructure society so that the financial and
other benefits from our common-heritage wealth-capital is fairly shared
among all the earth's sentient beings. For details on how this might be
