An insult isn't funny, by any reasonable standard.  Part of
having humor is knowing the difference between humor and bad taste.

So you think Ford supplying cars &factories and IBM supplying
the "computers" for the camps were fostering peace too?

Hint:  The crucial criterion is whether a specific trade
increased the duration of war and the number of victims.
This is true for many kinds of trade, so a general statement
that "trade fosters peace" simply doesn't make sense -- most
evident in arms trade.
