The concept of special (cheaper) health insurances for low-risk groups is not new, and does not require a religious background. Secular low-risk group insurances exist in Europe, even under mandatory universal health insurance. Being in one, I pay about half the premium of the most expensive insurance. But unfortunately, explicit conditions like non-smoking are outlawed here for "political correctness", forcing non-smokers to pay for the idiocy of smokers. The "solidarity" argument is nonsense -- it's the smokers who are unsolidary with others by smoking, not the other way around!
