The concept of special (cheaper) health insurances for low-risk groups is
not new, and does not require a religious background.  Secular low-risk
group insurances exist in Europe, even under mandatory universal health
insurance.  Being in one, I pay about half the premium of the most
expensive insurance.  But unfortunately, explicit conditions like
non-smoking are outlawed here for "political correctness", forcing
non-smokers to pay for the idiocy of smokers.  The "solidarity" argument
is nonsense -- it's the smokers who are unsolidary with others by smoking,
not the other way around!
