Well, maybe next time, the Port Authority of NY could do a study on how
controlled demolition of large skyscrapers attracts business (rebuilding
etc.), PLUS it makes billions of surplus insurance money ("double dip")
pour in, while even saving an expensive asbestos renovation...

But a sober look at it would nonetheless show that the __net value added__
of this operation is low indeed, especially when taking all externalized
costs / collateral damage into account.

The same goes for art like "death metal" music.
