Actually, what I wrote was that a boss who is sexually taking advantage of an employee, IS A PERPETRATOR, not a victim. Whereas you defended this boss as a NON-perpetrator, by asserting that he is only a perp if she says no (which she usually doesn't, de-facto blackmailed by the boss).
