Ray, your hatred against "Europeans" turns you blind.  Actually, there have
been very different systems in Europe.  On land ownership, there has been
a system of land commons ("Allmendrecht") in parts of Switzerland and Germany
in which real estate belonged to the community and small parts were leased
to families according to their ability to work the land.  Unfortunately,
Predators replaced this system, although it worked very well for the people,
by the Roman land laws with private property, feudalism and speculation.

The regions of Allmendrecht were also leading in environmental policies &
technologies, but there too, the Predators and polluting cultures took over.
