Good one, Ed, They just began covering this in the Victoria Times a few days
ago. First article was chiefly about the students, but today there was better
coverage by the op eds staff, and one pretty skilled letter writer. Nothing yet
about the 99%factor, but most "main street" grievances were mentioned. There's
a protest scheduled here for Saturday. What's up in Ottawa?

Another voice from the barricades. First time I've heard a blunt
account of what is going on in "Occupy Wall Street". The mainstream media have
not told us much about this insurgency, probably less than about the Arab
Spring. Let's hope the movement keeps up its momentum.
Hedges is the author of a number of great books, among which Death of
the Liberal Class and Empire of Illusion.
