Indeed they are. Kia is one with a brand new building. Also Chev,
Chrysler and (I forget what the other two are.) Nissan, Hyundai and
Toyota have nice new buildings, too, but 3 or 4 or 5 years old, not
part of the last two-year extravaganza.
