This is not necessarily an indication of Bush's lack of
intelligence: Isn't he ABOVE reading books? Isn't that
the role of the "clerks"? His advisors can read
books, and present him with "the net". Bush's
role, as proxy on earth for Y-w-h, is to
command. He is the subject *of* and model *for* study by others.
If it was not for the Bushes, the clerks would have
nothing to study about. Bush's role is to give
meaning to the lives of mortals.
