I also was thinking to sort the applications in 'Multimedia/Audio/' into 2 categories, one that will be included by default into fvwm-crystal with the applications that all users want to have. A second one with the other and more specialized audio applications that only an user that want to do serious audio work will use. This second one can include both the files in 'Applications/' and the artwork. > That way Crystal will be either small but functional (good for LiveCD) or > big and colorful ("normal" distributions); > > - add new translations, update the current ones with the missing strings; > I can update the french one. I have a full UTF-8 system, but I can try to make a fr_FR locale too. I also thing at it will be good to include a few words in the doc to say at it is possible to make a symlink in the locale directory. As example: ln -s de_DE.UTF8 de_CH or ln -s de_DE de_CH I also can try to make a swedish one if I get the time. > - debug all recipes; > > - add the documentation sources in DocBook format, create a Makefile entry to > easily generate the different documentation formats from DocBook; > > - write a doc about Crystal's configuration structure and initialization > process - it's somewhere on the list, but the better place would be to > include it in the doc/ directory; > > - finish writing FAQ and Application database documentation; > > - update all window decorations to support UTF-8 strings (similar way as the > menu supports it, although this way is a dirty hack, maybe in the newest > FVWM release it's already fixed?); > > - clean up the application database - support for xfg menu structure is nice, > but for me still some applications are in different sections than they > should be.
