Really.  Who would have thought of that?

After I fit the windows so that they aren't too large, it's working
perfectly :)

I think this is worth putting into the documentation so users can be
aware that


+ the policy always fails when a window is too large for the display

+ and that windows are placed at 0/0 when the placement policy fails.


I don't know what exactly goes for which policy.

Ok, I'll remove it from my configuration.  It is still in the man page
at several places.
