True, and there is no workaround for this. KDE/QT programs use a different 
protocol to embed thenmselves into the system tray, so, most of them will not 
be able to be used in trayer, peksystray or any of the other tray programs 
around.

The only possible workaround would be to use a minimal instance of kicker 
without anything on it but the system tray, and embed it anywhere in 
fvwmbuttons, or, to just use kicker into fvwm. There is also the evident 
solutions: not to use a tray (most times is not needed) or to use alternatives 
not based in qt.
