I can't speak to MimeSweeper, as I haven't gotten to that one in my own
evals, but just in case you're looking at Trend Micro's InterScan VirusWall
product...

DON'T USE IT.

Their tech support is abominable.  Even before the ILUVYOU virus, I would
spend from 1 to 3 hours on hold, and then up to several days waiting for a
callback.  When I did get through, nobody there seemed to have a clue
regarding FW-1 and how it integrated with their product.

I am evaluating a couple of products for Virus Scanning and content
filtering.  

For those of you using MimeSweeper, how do you find their sales and tech
support.  I have had very little luck at getting through to their tech
support or sales staff.  A local VAR has made excuses for them saying they
are just to busy because of the viruses that have been released lately.

I would just like to know if I can count on this company or not.  What are
the experiences of those using the product?
