There are a few things to check over:
The README that comes with 4.1 -- read it (esp. the
upgrade section). It also references the up-to-date
online version -- check that one.
There is a concern with what SP your v4.0 is on before
you can upgrade to 4.1 I can't recall what it is,
but be aware of this. I think should be at SP5 at
least.
There are concerns about backward compatibility -- and
how to support that if it affects you. I didn't need
to, so I ignored all that. However, if it is a concern
of yours -- check the doc.s
GET YOUR 4.1 LICENSES BEFORE YOU BEGIN! CP changed how
licenses are handled. Be sure you have all your
licenses ready (FW mod, Man mod, SecuRemote, DES,
etc.... -- whatever you may need).
