I am pretty familiar with it but never tracked it across the network.  You
should able to allow one IP with one port outgoing for this.  One of the bad
things about it, in my mind anyway, is that it runs as a screen saver and
will upload files once it finishes a batch.  That could mean anytime of the
day or night.  It also doesn't close the connection if you are using a
dialup.

Other than that it is pretty harmless but definately not business related.
