Please provide a little more info.  For example, is this SDSL, ADSL, or
XDSL?  Does the DSL provider supply public addresses or private
addresses?  Are the addresses provided static or dynamic?  If they're
dynamically assigned, how is that done (PPPoE, BOOTP, DHCP, etc.)?  Then
the list can probably help a bit.
