can you give us response on WHEN a finished incubator component is allowed
to move into core ?
Actually I have 2 finished components which are core-ready.
Also the question should be answered if new components are allowed to be
integrated in a mini-release (1.0.4) or we should wait for 1.5 to integrate
them ?

Hi all framework developers,
This message is a reminder that the "code freeze" for the 1.5.0 Preview
Release is currently scheduled for next Tuesday, January 22 at 21:00
(9:00pm) (PST). Please have all your commits for the release into the
trunk by this time, after which I plan to create a [short-lived] release
branch from which to generate the release while providing the ability
for continued development in the trunk.
During the code freeze, merges to the release branch (once it's created)
should not occur without approval from me or another liaison from Zend,
but development may continue in the trunk as usual.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and thanks to
everyone for your valuable contributions!
