Many years ago, I was told to write a translator for hierarchical
diagrams so we could draw them.  After devising a nice input format,
based on levels of indentation (Python, anybody?), I decided to
prototype it in AWK.  We ended up shipping that one...

With a2p, it'd be FWP.  Besides, I've never seen anyone claim to have
FWA.

(One of my conclusions from that bit of "fun" was that I needed to
learn a better scripting language.)
