Hi

I am awaiting the arrival of a Pismo to replace my battered Lombard. I am
keeping the battery from my Lombard to use in it.

I know that if you plays games or run processor intensive apps this drains
the battery quicker than say typing a word document. Am I right in assuming
that how long the battery lasts depends on how hard the machine works. I
currently get about two hours out of the battery in my Lombard.

Running Tiger on a 333Mhz Lombard with 256MB must be quite strenuous. The
Pismo is a 400Mhz with 1GB and will be running Tiger too.

Therefore will I get any longer battery life out of the Pismo as the
machine will not be working so hard or will it be so minimal that I will
not notice it.

Simon
