The Lombard and Pismo share the same drive and batteries. Lucky for me.

You should ask Malcolm Cornelious of PBFanatic. He sold me a Wallstreet CD 
drive a little while ago and very cheap too.

Are you sure it will fit ? I picked up a PDQ (2nd gen Wallstreet) that 
had 2 good batteries as I was hoping to do the same, only to find that 
they don't fit the Pismo.
