Hi.

I have a Belkin card, it is the F5D7010. Part way through production they
changed the chipsets.

Early models had Broadcom chips meaning they worked without drivers. Later v3
models require drivers which can be found on the Ralink site.

Version 4 is supposed to work and version 5 doesn't at all.

My v3 works fine with the Ralink drivers, but I prefer broadcom based cards as
it means it works with the AirPort software and your machine knows no
difference.

Simon

I have a Powerbook G3(500Mhz) w/ 10.4.1. Belkin Card 802.11g. On the
Belkin site they clam that you do not need any software. That is
true, I used this card on the same powerbook and software before it
froze up and I had to redo the system software.
Thanks
Steve
