I've got 10.4.11 on my 366 MHz non-Firewire blueberry iBook. It's  
marginally OK with a single 512MB chip in addition to the 64MB onboard.

Tiger 10.4 is fine on non-FW iBooks if you can get around the  
installer block. You don't need XPostFacto software, but XPostFacto  
can enable a clean installation without needing to install the XPF  
extensions or application.
