Yes, go to Apple's support site iand in the downloads section you can  
specify Firmware and find it among the results. It's a program like  
any other, you run it by double-clicking on it, it starts a reboot of  
your computer, and then the firmware update runs before it's done  
rebooting.

Be VERY VERY VERY sure your system is plugged into AC or has an  
absolutely full battery...this is NOT a process you want to interrupt!
