Thanks for the offer for mailing you off line - much appreciated.

I especially bought the new hard drive from a mac dealer to kind of 
insure myself against getting a bad drive! As it is, it seems that 
didn't work out. It cost a little bit more that the cheaper varieties 
found on ebay! I guess it just goes to show.
