This happens with my Pismo on every startup - has done since I  
upgraded from 10.4.3.
It is only a problem when trying to startup from my install cd - I  
have to close it quickly & keep the "C" key held down.
Interestingly, setting the cd as the startup volume makes no  
difference - the cd is still ejected!
Pismo 500 & 400, 1GB ram in both.
