"old world" Macs will not run Tiger without the help of Xpostfacto.
  What I did with my 80GB before was to partition it into 3; 7gb for  
OSX, 20gb for OS 9 and the remainign 50+gb for files. OS X should be  
in the first partition to be able to boot into it.
