No. You'd need to use some kind of Disk back-up util like Superduper to 
clone the hard drive and you'd probably need to XPostFacto 10.2 to get 
it to boot on that hardware. If you really want to run 10.2 on a 
desktop, try and get a cheap Beige G3 Desktop. They are worth next to 
nothing these days.
