I would try to reseat the RAM with all power supply off no battery, no AC no PRAM battery. OWC has a video on the PRAM. battery. I had to do this with a TiBook recently maybe it will work with the Pismo. If that fails, I know this will sound dumb But This is how I usually decide to put in a logic board.. Put the machine in a big ZIP LOC and freeze for at least an hour. Remove and boot at once. If it comes up leave it up for a few hours. If it fails again, I can tell you where to get a logic board cheap.
